About

Hello. Thanks for coming to this page to learn more about my background. I’m here to help answer your questions and get you on the road to better health.

Let’s start here:

If you are looking for a comprehensive approach to improving your health, naturally, then you have come to the right place.

When we work together, I formulate a treatment plan specific to your health needs and then we review it together.

This is a “customized” approach to treatments, and your treatment plan will be unique to you. Between us, we discuss how we’ll implement this plan, and then we move together in the same direction as a team (with the same goal in mind).

I can help you feel better.

I’ll show you how to take control of your health, and teach you specific steps you can take to achieve your best health.

Prevention is worth a lot, and learning how to be proactive can help you stay healthy (and avoid many health issues) for years to come.

As a Licensed Acupuncturist, I have gravitated toward specializing in women’s health, fertility issues, detox acupuncture and chronic pain management for all soft tissue injuries.

I treat other conditions, too, so please feel free to contact me to discover  how I can help you with your specific health concerns.

About my training:
It’s important to find an Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

My undergraduate degree is from the  University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.

My Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medical is from at Northwest Institute of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (is now part of Basytr University). I am also licensed by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice and the NCCAOM.

If you have specific questions, or would like to understand more about how acupuncture can help your specific conditions, please contact my clinic at 320-433-0191, or send an email using our contact form.

Thank you.
